Can you help if my loved one was arrested in Polk County but I live somewhere else?
Yes. Most of what we do can be handled by phone, so distance is not usually a problem. We will walk you through exactly what is needed.
Can you help if the arrest happened in a different Florida county?

Do I have to come to the Bartow office in person?
Not always. A lot of the paperwork and payment can be handled remotely. We will tell you up front if an in-person step is required for your situation.
Does it cost more to post bail for someone out of county?
The bail bond premium is still 10% of the bail amount with a $100 minimum, set by Florida law. There is no extra fee just for being out of county.
